To request a prescription refill for your pet please visit out Pet Portal. If you’re already a client but haven’t accessed the Portal yet choose “find account”. If you’ve already set up your Pet Portal simply log in. Choose the pet, then the prescription you’d like to have refilled and press “refill request” then simply press “send”! Please allow 24 hours for refill requests to be processed, if there are any concerns with the request, one of our technicians will contact you.
There’s also “an app for that” that you can install on your iOS and Android devices called “MyPetsWellness”! Check it out and always have your pets information right at your finger tips.
