Outlook Veterinary Clinic is proud to serve the Lake Diefenbaker Region for all things animal related. Our mixed animal clinic, overseen by licensed, experienced Veterinarian, Carmen Millham, is run with the very best interest of your pets and livestock in mind. Our care team, consists of three Registered Veterinary Technicians who each bring to the team, a specialized interest which allows us to provide a higher quality of care to all of our patients and clients.
